Gangsta.

GANGSTA. is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kohske, serialized in Monthly Comic Bunch since March 2011. The story is set in Ergastulum, a fictional city rife with thugs, prostitutes, and corrupt cops. The city is governed by four major mafia families and is also home to super-powered individuals known as "Twilights." Twilights are the descendants of those who took the drug "Cerebret" developed during wartime, possessing enhanced strength and speed but suffering from drug dependency and shortened lifespans. The story follows Worick Arcangelo and Nicolas Brown, a duo known as "Handymen," who take on jobs from both the mafia and the police. During one mission, they rescue Alex, an amnesiac prostitute, who becomes their secretary. As the plot progresses, the power balance in Ergastulum is disrupted, tensions between Twilights and normals escalate, and the Handymen become embroiled in a larger conspiracy. The series is known for its action-packed plot, unique character designs, and mature themes, and has spawned spin-off manga, audio dramas, an anime television series, and an original novel.
