Digimon Adventure Tri.

"Digimon Adventure tri." (Japanese: デジモンアドベンチャー tri.) is a Japanese anime film series and a direct sequel to the first two television series, "Digimon Adventure" and "Digimon Adventure 02." Released as a six-part theatrical series from 2015 to 2018, it was also available via limited Blu-ray releases and digital distribution. The story is set in 2005 and follows the now high school aged DigiDestined, including Taichi Yagami. The series shows their reunion with their partner Digimon and the new threats they face. It explores themes of growing up, friendship, and the responsibilities that come with being the DigiDestined as they navigate challenges in both the Digital and Real Worlds. "Digimon Adventure tri." serves as a celebration of the original "Digimon Adventure" series and a new chapter for the beloved characters.
