Triage X (トリアージX, Toriāji Ikusu) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Shōji Satō. It has been serialized in Fujimi Shobo's shōnen manga magazine Monthly Dragon Age since 2009 and has been collected into multiple tankōbon volumes. The series has also been adapted into an anime. The story revolves around "Black Label," a vigilante organization operating behind the scenes of Mochizuki General Hospital. This group, composed of hospital staff and local teenagers, targets individuals deemed as "cancers" of society, eliminating those considered harmful. The main protagonist is Arashi Mikami, who joins Black Label after narrowly escaping a terrorist attack. Despite their perilous lives, the members of Black Label are dedicated to cleansing the world of evil. The manga features action sequences, gunplay, and fanservice with a strong ecchi element. The anime adaptation aired in 2015, consisting of 10 episodes and covering the first 9 volumes of the manga. The series is licensed in North America by Yen Press for the manga and Sentai Filmworks for the anime.
