Seraph of the End: Battle in Nagoya (Japanese: 終わりのセラフ 名古屋決戦編) is the second part of the Seraph of the End anime series, continuing the story from the first season. The series is set in a world ravaged by a mysterious virus, which has led to the collapse of human society and the rise of vampires who enslave the remaining humans. Yuichiro Hyakuya, the protagonist, is reunited with his childhood friend Mikaela Hyakuya at the end of the first season, only to discover that Mikaela has become a vampire. To save Mikaela, Yuichiro resolves to become stronger by joining the Japanese Imperial Demon Army. This part of the story primarily focuses on Yuichiro's squad, the Moon Demon Company, being dispatched to Nagoya with the mission of eliminating the vampire nobles gathered there. The Battle in Nagoya shows Yuichiro's team facing more powerful enemies, uncovering hidden secrets, and experiencing both growth in their fighting skills and conflicts of friendship. The anime aired from October to December 2015 and consists of 12 episodes, forming an integral part of the Seraph of the End series.
