銀魂゜

Gintama°, the third season of the Japanese anime series Gintama, aired from April 2015 to March 2016. Adapted from Hideaki Sorachi's manga of the same name, this season, produced by BN Pictures, continues the everyday story of the samurai Gintoki Sakata, along with his companions Shinpachi Shimura and Kagura, in a late-Edo period Japan dominated by Amanto (aliens). This season maintains Gintama’s signature style, balancing nonsensical comedy with intense battles and touching storylines. Compared to the previous two seasons, Gintama° sees some production adjustments, including a change in directors to Chizuru Miyawaki and a departure of series composer Akatsuki Yamatoya. The season covers important arcs from the manga, such as the 'Shogun Assassination Arc' and the 'Farewell Shinsengumi Arc,' which not only showcase the growth of the protagonists but also explore deeper social and political themes, allowing viewers to feel the depth of the work while also enjoying the humor. Despite the personnel changes, Gintama° retained its unique charm, highly appreciated by its audience.
