Aquarion Logos (アクエリオンロゴス, Akuerion Rogosu) is a Japanese anime series produced by Satelight, the third in the Aquarion franchise, created to celebrate the series' 10th anniversary. The series is directed by Eiichi Sato, with character designs by Kazuhiko Makabe. It aired in Japan starting in July 2015, consisting of 26 episodes. The story is set in an era where text has become the primary form of communication. Human voices once defined the nature of all things, but the invention of text created a "Logos World" between voice and truth. As civilization advances, the "Logos World" becomes too vast to control. A group of young people, using their "Creative Voice Power", fight against the chaotic texts and Sōgon Kenzaki, who tries to create chaos using texts along with his MJBK (Menace of Japanese with Biological Kinetic energy). This organization, known as DEAVA (Division of EArth Verbalism Ability), gathers young people with "Verbalism" who pilot vector machines to form the mecha "Aquarion". The main protagonist, Akira Kaibuki, a self-proclaimed savior with a strong Creative Voice Power, is a key figure in the story. The series explores the complex relationship between text, communication, and power, and how the younger generation uses their abilities to fight against the threat.
