"Pandora in the Crimson Shell: Ghost Urn" is a Japanese manga series created by Kōshi Rikudō, with a concept by Masamune Shirow. The story is set in a technologically advanced future where cyborgs and robots have become commonplace. The protagonist, Nene Nanakorobi, is a full-body cyborg girl who encounters a terrorist attack on a high-end resort island. She teams up with the mysterious scientist Uzal Delilah and her android companion Clarion. They utilize the "Pandora Device" within Clarion's body to combat the threats and fight for world peace. The manga began serialization in "Newtype Ace" magazine in 2012, later moving to Niconico Ace, and is licensed in English by Seven Seas Entertainment. An anime adaptation by Studio Gokumi and AXsiZ was released as a film in December 2015, followed by a television series from January to March 2016. The anime has some differences in plot and character settings compared to the manga, but the core theme of friendship between girls and the pursuit of world peace remains.
