D.Gray-man Hallow

D.Gray-man HALLOW is an anime series adapted from Katsura Hoshino's manga, D.Gray-man. Produced by TMS Entertainment and 8PAN, and directed by Yoshiharu Ashino, it serves as a sequel to the previous D.Gray-man anime series. It follows the story of Allen Walker, a young exorcist from the Black Order who is tasked with destroying Akuma, demonic weapons, using objects known as 'Innocence.' The Akuma are created by the Millennium Earl, an ancient sorcerer allied with the immortal Noah Family. The plot focuses on Allen's connection with the Noah and his ally, Yu Kanda, whom they plan to use. The series aired in Japan from July to September 2016, with 13 episodes. Despite initial plans for home media releases, these were ultimately cancelled due to various circumstances. D.Gray-man HALLOW features a new voice cast and continues the manga's dark narrative, receiving some praise for character development, though it also faced criticism for its animation and pacing. The series was highly anticipated by fans and continues the story of D.Gray-man, delving deeper into Allen’s complex relationship with the Noah family.
