Time Bokan 24

Time Bokan 24 (タイムボカン24) is the 9th installment in the Time Bokan franchise and a re-imagining of the original Time Bokan series. It is a collaboration between Tatsunoko Productions and Level-5 to celebrate Tatsunoko's 55th anniversary. The anime premiered from October 1, 2016, to March 18, 2017. The story follows Tokio, a junior high student from the present, who is recruited by the Space-Time Administration Bureau in the 24th century. He and his partner, Calen, are tasked with uncovering the "True History" that is not found in textbooks. However, the Akudama Trio, a villainous group, aims to prevent them from revealing the truth and to manipulate history for their own gain. The series has two seasons, with the second season titled Time Bokan: The Villains' Strike Back. In addition to the TV anime, there is also a mobile game called Time Bokan 24: Bokan Mecha Battle!
