"The Moment You Fall in Love: Confess Your Love Committee" (Japanese: 好きになるその瞬間を。～告白実行委員会～), also known as "Confession Executive Committee ~Love Series~", is a 2016 Japanese animated film by HoneyWorks. It's the second anime film in the 'Confession Executive Committee' series, based on HoneyWorks' Vocaloid songs. The story centers around Hina Setoguchi, the younger sister of Yu Setoguchi from the first film. Hina falls in love with her upperclassman, Koyuki Ayase, in middle school and strives to attend the same high school as him. However, Koyuki has unrequited feelings for Natsuki, Yu's childhood friend. Hina tries her best to confess her feelings to Koyuki in high school while her childhood friend, Kotaro Enomoto, secretly harbors feelings for her. The movie portrays their intertwined youthful love and the struggles and growth each of them experiences in love. It explores the theme of 'the moment when you fall in love,' showcasing the characters' journeys to find true love amidst complex emotional entanglements. The film is directed by Tetsuya Yanagisawa and distributed by Aniplex.
