Brotherhood: Final Fantasy XV

Brotherhood: Final Fantasy XV is an original net animation series directed by Soichi Masui, produced by Akio Ofuji, written by Yuniko Ayana, and composed by Yasuhisa Inoue and Susumi Akizuki. Co-produced by Square Enix and A-1 Pictures, it's based on the setting and story of the 2016 video game Final Fantasy XV, thematically connected to the Fabula Nova Crystallis subseries. Brotherhood is set within the events of Final Fantasy XV, detailing the backstories of protagonist Noctis Lucis Caelum and his companions. Created as part of a multimedia expansion of Final Fantasy XV, it aimed to expand the story without creating a series of games. The series aired from March 30 to September 17, 2016, available for free on YouTube and Crunchyroll. Exploring themes of brotherhood and friendship, it provides glimpses into the characters' personal lives and personalities that couldn't fit into the game. Brotherhood consists of five episodes, each lasting approximately 10 to 15 minutes, serving as a supplementary narrative to the game and enriching its world and character backgrounds.
