Teekyu 8

Teekyu 8 is the eighth season of the Japanese short-form anime series, produced by Millepensee, and aired in Fall 2016. Continuing the style of previous seasons, it consists of two-minute episodes that follow the daily lives of four girls in the Kameido High School tennis club. Despite being in a tennis club, they rarely play tennis, instead engaging in various absurd and hilarious daily activities. The series is characterized by its high-paced storytelling and fast dialogue, with each episode featuring a different movie title as a subtitle and incorporating numerous comedic elements. Teekyu 8 has 12 episodes, each with a unique storyline, such as "Lord of the Flies with Senpai," "Se7en with Senpai," and "28 Days Later with Senpai." While the animation is simple, the fast-paced narration and nonsensical comedy style have garnered a following among some viewers.
