Interviews with Monster Girls (Japanese: 亜人ちゃんは語りたい, Demi-chan wa Kataritai), also known as "Demi-chan wa Kataritai" is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Petos. The story is set in a world where demi-humans, or "demis," exist and are gradually being accepted into human society. These demis include vampires, dullahans, snow women, and succubi. The narrative follows Tetsuo Takahashi, a high school biology teacher with a keen interest in demis. He teaches three demi students: Hikari Takanashi, an energetic vampire; Kyouko Machi, a gentle dullahan; and Yuki Kusakabe, a shy snow woman. Additionally, there's Sakie Satou, a succubus teacher who has an aversion to men. Driven by his curiosity, Takahashi conducts informal interviews with these girls to learn about their unique abilities, psychology, and interactions with human society. As Takahashi's bonds with his students grow, he discovers that the demis are not as unusual as he initially thought. The series portrays the everyday lives and challenges of these demis in a lighthearted and humorous manner, while also exploring themes of understanding and acceptance between different beings.
