One Room

"One Room" is a Japanese original short anime television series produced by SMIRAL and animated by Typhoon Graphics. The anime is presented from a first-person perspective, with the audience as the male protagonist, and features three different stories centered around different girls in a single room. The first season aired from January 11 to March 29, 2017, with 12 episodes, each approximately 5-6 minutes long. A parallel sequel, "Room Mate," aimed at female audiences, featuring male characters, aired from April to June 2017. The second season of the anime was produced by Zero-G, replacing Typhoon Graphics, and aired from July 2 to September 25, 2018, with a third season following from October 5 to December 21, 2020. Additionally, "Sachi-iro no One Room" (also known as "One Room of Happiness") is a manga series about a kidnapper and the kidnapped girl, which also has a live-action drama adaptation titled "A Little Room for Hope". There's also a manga series called "One Room, Hi Atari Futsū, Tenshi Tsuki" (roughly translated as "One Room, Good Lighting, Angel Included"), which has been adapted into an anime of the same name. Overall, the "One Room" series and related works explore various concepts of 'rooms' across anime, manga, and live-action dramas.
