Produced by studio A-CAT, the anime consists of 12 episodes, each approximately 4 minutes long. The story is set in the late Taisho era, where the protagonist, Kyoichiro Hiiragi, leaves his hometown to attend the Imperial University in Tokyo. Upon arriving in Tokyo, Kyoichiro gets caught in a conflict between the Imperial Army and the mysterious Gohongatana Clan.
