"Convenience Store Boy Friends" (Japanese: コンビニカレシ, Konbini Kareshi) is a Japanese multimedia project developed by Kadokawa's B's Log Comic magazine in collaboration with Lawson convenience stores. The project launched in 2015 and has released mooks and bundles with drama CDs. It centers around a group of male high school students who always stop at a convenience store on their way home from school. In 2017, an anime television series adaptation produced by Pierrot and directed by Hayato Date aired for 12 episodes. The series follows the daily lives of these high school boys, their academic pursuits, club activities, and the romantic encounters that unfold as they meet girls at the convenience store. The anime depicts the boys' lives and emotions in a lighthearted manner, using the convenience store as a backdrop for their budding romances and friendships. Key characters include Haruki Mishima and Towa Honda, each navigating different romantic challenges; Haruki has a crush on Miharu Mashiki, while Towa is attracted to the class representative Mami Mihashi.
