Classroom of the Elite

"Classroom of the Elite" (Japanese: ようこそ実力至上主義の教室へ, Yōkoso Jitsuryoku Shijō Shugi no Kyōshitsu e), also known as "You-Zitsu," is a Japanese light novel series written by Shōgo Kinugasa and illustrated by Shunsaku Tomose. The story is set at the prestigious Advanced Nurturing High School, where students are divided into four classes (A to D), with only the top Class A receiving preferential treatment. The protagonist, Kiyotaka Ayanokoji, is placed in the lowest D class, full of problem students. There, he encounters Suzune Horikita and Kikyo Kushida and engages in a series of challenges and rivalries. The school initially appears to offer generous points and freedom, but it's actually a ruthless environment of ability-based competition. The students must fight for their class advancement. The novels have been adapted into manga and anime, with four seasons of the anime released, gaining high praise for its complex characters, strategic plot, and social commentary.
