Encouragement of Climb: Season 3 (Japanese: ヤマノススメ サードシーズン), is a Japanese anime television series and the third season of the Encouragement of Climb series. This season continues the story of Aoi, a shy girl who prefers indoor activities and is afraid of heights, and her outgoing friend Hinata, who loves mountaineering. It focuses on their friendship, new friends they meet during mountain climbing, and their journey to overcome challenges. In this season, Aoi and Hinata are invigorated to continue mountaineering after an unforgettable summer break. Aoi is already preparing for her second attempt to climb Mount Fuji. However, as the seasons change, their friendship is tested and their perspectives of the future are challenged. This season continues the series' light-hearted tone, incorporating more mountaineering knowledge and techniques as well as the girls' thoughts and uncertainties about the future. The third season consists of 13 episodes, each approximately 15 minutes long.
