The story is set in a distant future where the once-unified planetary government has declined, and the empire has collapsed. People live scattered on various planets leading peaceful lives. The protagonist, Banjou Tylor, a boy who collects debris on the outskirts of a planet, discovers a damaged spaceship and finds a frozen girl inside. Forces are quickly after this girl, revealed to be Goza the 168th, who holds the key to the universe's fate. Banjou and Goza embark on a journey to revive the United Planets government, but their journey is filled with unexpected situations. The anime presents a light-hearted and humorous portrayal of their adventure, offering viewers an irresponsible space trip. This short series consists of 12 episodes, each about 4 minutes long, and stands out as a more relaxed and comical addition to the "Irresponsible Captain Tylor" series.
