Chio`s School Road

"Chio's School Road" (Japanese: ちおちゃんの通学路, Hepburn: Chio-chan no Tsūgakuro) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Tadataka Kawasaki. It was serialized in Media Factory's Monthly Comic Flapper magazine from April 2014 to September 2018. The story revolves around high school girl Chio Miyamo's daily commute to school, which is often filled with bizarre and unexpected events. Due to her late-night gaming sessions, Chio is frequently late and must find alternative routes, leading her to encounters such as strange conversations with her friend Manana Nonomura, dealing with biker gangs, and performing death-defying parkour feats. An anime adaptation by Diomedéa aired from July to September 2018, spanning 12 episodes. The anime is known for its exaggerated comedic style and absurd situations. In addition to the anime, the manga has also been licensed in North America by Yen Press. The series has garnered a dedicated fanbase for its lighthearted and humorous take on everyday adventures.
