A Certain Magical Index III 、Toaru Majutsu no Index3

A Certain Magical Index III (Japanese: とある魔術の禁書目録III), also known as Toaru Majutsu no Index III, is the third season of the Japanese anime television series based on the light novel series of the same name. The series continues the story of Touma Kamijo and Index as they work to stop the God's Right Seat of the Roman Catholic Church and their plans that will lead to World War III. It is produced by J.C.Staff and aired from October 2018 to April 2019, comprising 26 episodes. The anime adapts volumes 14 through 22 of the original light novels, serving as the final act for the original series. It depicts the escalating conflict between science and magic, as well as the growing tensions between Academy City and the Roman Catholic Church. Touma, Accelerator, and Shiage Hamazura all continue on their separate journeys, eventually converging to face the global crisis. While the pacing and production of the series have faced some criticism, it remains a crucial part of the franchise and concludes the story of the main series.
