Iroduku: The World in Colors (Japanese: 色づく世界の明日から, Hepburn: Irozuku Sekai no Ashita kara) is an original Japanese anime television series produced by P.A. Works. The series aired from October 6 to December 29, 2018, on the Animeism programming block, with a total of 13 episodes. Set in Nagasaki, the story takes place in a world where a minuscule amount of magic remains in everyday life. The protagonist, Hitomi Tsukishiro, is a 17-year-old high school girl from a family of witches who lost her sense of color at a young age and has become emotionally stunted. Concerned about her granddaughter's future, her grandmother Kohaku, a great witch, sends Hitomi back 60 years to 2018 to meet her 17-year-old self. Through her interactions with the younger Kohaku and members of the art club, Hitomi gradually regains her lost colors and emotions, and begins to grow as a person. The anime explores themes of time travel, emotional recovery, and the importance of human connection.
