The "Rainbow Cat Blue Rabbit" series is an original Chinese animation production from mainland China, widely popular for its unique martial arts style and vivid characters. Although mainly presented in traditional 2D animation, the series also incorporates modern CGI technology. "Rainbow Cat Blue Rabbit: Amu Star" is a sequel to the series, telling the story of the protagonists, such as Rainbow Cat and Blue Rabbit, fighting against evil forces on the path of maintaining peace. One of the characteristics of this animated series is its detailed visuals and scene designs rich in traditional Chinese culture. "Ink wash animation," on the other hand, is a unique Chinese animation form known for its ink painting style and artistic conception. While the "Rainbow Cat Blue Rabbit" series is not made in the traditional ink wash animation style, its overall style and scene design carry the implication of ink paintings, and visual effects similar to ink wash are used in certain scenes to enhance artistic expression. Therefore, when discussing the "Rainbow Cat Blue Rabbit" series, it can be understood in connection with the artistic conception of traditional Chinese ink wash animation, although the series is not strictly an ink wash animation.
