Room Camp

Room Camp (Japanese: Heya Camp△, へやキャン△) is a Japanese anime short series, a spin-off of the Laid-Back Camp series. It features the same characters in everyday situations, often indoors or in nearby areas, contrasting the outdoor focus of the main series. The story centers on the members of the Motosu High School Outdoor Activities Club: Nadeshiko Kagamihara, Aoi Inuyama, and Chiaki Oogaki. They often discuss various topics in their club room, and when Chiaki suggests participating in the Yamanashi Kids' Stamp Rally, they embark on a trip around the Yamanashi Prefecture to collect stamps and win prizes. The anime aired from January 6 to March 23, 2020, comprising 12 short episodes, making it ideal for casual viewing. There's also a special episode, 'Sauna, Food, and a Three-Wheeler,' adding to the content. The animation is produced by C-Station, with Masato Jinbo as director, Mutsumi Ito as the head of series composition, and Mutsumi Sasaki as the character designer and chief animation director. The music is composed by Akiyuki Tateyama, and the ending theme song, 'The Sunshower,' is performed by Asaka. A live-action adaptation of this series also aired alongside the second season of the live-action version of Laid-Back Camp.
