Oda Cinnamon Nobunaga

"Oda Cinnamon Nobunaga" (織田シナモン信長) is a Japanese manga series created by Una Megurogawa. It is known for its unique premise where warlords from the Sengoku period are reincarnated as dogs. The story follows Oda Nobunaga, who after dying, is reborn as a Shiba Inu named Cinnamon in modern-day Japan, where he encounters other warlords who have also been reincarnated as canines. The manga began serialization in Tokuma Shoten's "Monthly Comic Zenon" in 2014. It has been adapted into an anime television series, which aired from January to March 2020, produced by GONZO. The anime is popular for its lighthearted humor and cast, with Kenyu Horiuchi voicing the main character, Cinnamon. The narrative showcases the daily lives of the warlords in their canine forms, interweaving their past memories and interactions, as well as humorous clashes with modern characters, creating a unique comedic work. Besides the main character, there are several other warlords reincarnated as dogs, like Date Masamune and Takeda Shingen, as well as modern characters related to them.
