Smile Down the Runway

"Smile Down the Runway" (ランウェイで笑って, Runway de Waratte), also known as "Smile at the Runway," is a Japanese shōnen manga series written and illustrated by Kotoba Inoya. It began serialization in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine in May 2017. The story centers on Chiyuki Fujito, an aspiring model who is short for her profession at 158 cm, and Ikuto Tsumura, a high school student with talent in clothing design, but lacks resources to pursue his ambitions. They meet by chance and embark on a journey to challenge the fashion world’s norms and pursue their respective dreams. The manga was adapted into an anime television series produced by Ezo'la, which aired from January to March 2020.
