Strike The Blood: Disappearing Holy Lance Arc

Strike the Blood: Disappearing Holy Lance Arc (ストライク・ザ・ブラッド 消えた聖槍篇) is an OVA of the Strike the Blood anime series, and the forty-fifth episode overall. The story takes place after the protagonist, Kojou Akatsuki, has become the de facto ruler of Itogami Island. However, his daily life hasn't changed much. Meanwhile, the Lion King Organization and the Bureau of Astrology decide to jointly investigate a mysterious marine accident occurring in the waters around Itogami Island. One day, Kojou awakens to a voice calling him, his memory hazy. He finds himself wrapped in a blanket, with Yukina Himeragi blushing and pleading with tears in her eyes, “Senpai... I lost something important...” Meanwhile, some of the girls venture into Vattler’s floating ship, while Kojou and Yukina end up alone in the school gymnasium, with no memory of the previous day. They are bewildered as to why they are sharing a futon and why Yukina is wearing a PE uniform with bloomers. The mystery deepens as a bloodstained baseball bat, a missing weapon, and a purple bra are discovered in Kojou's pockets. As different groups attempt to uncover the truth behind the abandoned boat, bloody bat, and the purple bra, the stakes only get higher. The OVA was produced by CONNECT and released on January 29, 2020.
