"Suppose a Kid from the Last Dungeon Boonies Moved to a Starter Town?" (Japanese: たとえばラストダンジョン前の村の少年が序盤の街で暮らすような物語, *Tatoeba Rasuto Danjon Mae no Mura no Shōnen ga Joban no Machi de Kurasu Yō na Monogatari*), abbreviated as *LasDan*, is a Japanese light novel series written by Toshio Satō and illustrated by Nao Watanuki. The story centers on Lloyd Belladonna, a boy from a village next to a dangerous dungeon, who considers himself the weakest among his exceptionally strong neighbors. He leaves his village to become a soldier in the kingdom's capital. Despite his self-perceived weakness, Lloyd is actually incredibly powerful, leading to humorous situations as he is unaware of his true capabilities. The series has been adapted into a manga and an anime television series, which aired from January to March 2021. It combines fantasy, adventure, and comedy elements to tell a story about a boy oblivious to his strength in a world of strong individuals.
