The Vampire Dies in No Time

"The Vampire Dies in No Time" is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Itaru Bonnoki. It has been serialized in Akita Shoten's Weekly Shōnen Champion magazine since June 2015. The story follows the vampire hunter Ronaldo, who is tasked to eliminate the supposedly invincible vampire lord, Draluc, who is rumored to have kidnapped a child. However, he soon discovers that Draluc is actually incredibly weak, turning to ash at the slightest provocation, but he quickly regenerates due to his unique ability. The so-called kidnapped child is actually a frequent visitor to Draluc's castle to play video games. After Draluc's castle is destroyed, he moves into Ronaldo's apartment, and the two become unofficial partners, combating various vampires and hunters. The series is known for its absurd humor and exaggerated characters, with Draluc's constant deaths and revivals being a central comedic element. The manga has been adapted into a TV anime by Madhouse, with the first season airing in 2021 and the second in 2023.
