Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon

Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon (Japanese: 半妖の夜叉姫, Hepburn: Hanyō no Yashahime) is a Japanese anime television series produced by Sunrise. It is a sequel to the InuYasha anime series. The story follows the adventures of Moroha, the daughter of Inuyasha and Kagome, and the twin daughters of Sesshomaru, Towa and Setsuna. In the feudal era, twin half-demon sisters Towa and Setsuna are separated during a forest fire. Towa, while searching for her younger sister, wanders into a mysterious tunnel and is transported to modern-day Japan, where she is found and raised by Kagome's younger brother, Sota, and his family. Ten years later, the tunnel connecting the two eras reopens, and Towa reunites with Setsuna, who is now a demon slayer working for Kohaku, but appears to have lost her memories of her older sister. Together with Moroha, who also doesn't remember her parents, the three young women embark on a time-traveling adventure to regain their lost pasts. Rumiko Takahashi, the original creator, is responsible for main character designs. The first season began airing on October 3, 2020, and the second season, Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon – The Second Act, began airing on October 2, 2021.
