《Onmyo Hyakki Monogatari GO》 is the latest LBS (Location-Based Service) mobile game in the Onmyoji series, officially launched on June 18, 2023. This game merges the real world with the world of Yokai, where players take on the role of an Onmyoji, encountering various monsters such as the Yamata no Orochi, Fire Kirin, Kappa, and Yuki-Onna in familiar city streets, parks, and even at their doorsteps. The game is played from a third-person perspective, allowing players to choose characters like Seimei, Ootengu, Ara, and Enmusubi to freely explore the city and defeat nearby Yokai for honor badges. Additionally, the game supports idle progression and auto-battle modes, letting players choose between 'Walking Mode' or 'Speed Mode' for effortless gameplay during commutes or busy times. Team play with friends is also available to conquer powerful bosses. However, the game was discontinued on November 21, 2023. 《Onmyo Hyakki Monogatari GO》 was published by Fulgurite Technology Co., Ltd, and is rated as PG-15, with some content requiring payment. Despite its discontinuation, the game's unique fusion of reality and Yokai, along with diverse character selection, left a lasting impression on players.
