The second season aired in two parts, from January 2023 to July 2024. The story is set in the distant past, where a war between demons and humans caused chaos and bloodshed. To end this endless conflict, the Demon King Anos Voldigoad sacrificed his life, hoping to be reborn in a peaceful future. He reincarnates two millennia later but discovers that the world's magic level has drastically declined. Worse, his descendants' memories and accounts of him are distorted, and he's labeled a "misfit" by the academy. Despite this, Anos is determined to uncover the truth, prove he is the real Demon King, and lead his descendants to strength. Season two continues Anos's challenges at the academy, where he must overcome misunderstandings and hostility while facing new enemies and crises. Produced by SILVER LINK., the anime combines action, fantasy, school, and comedy elements, and is known for its powerful protagonist and satisfying action scenes.
