末世觉醒之溯源 续篇

"Apocalypse Awakening: Source" is a domestic suspense and sci-fi animation series released in 2020, directed by Hao Chao, featuring voice acting by Lu Kui, Ji Guanlin, and others. The story is set in a post-apocalyptic world, where the rebel Falcon Force fights against the army led by a strong AI on a planet occupied by the DS Technology Army. The protagonist, Ma San, and others are in Mad Dog Town, and they engage in fierce battles with DS and AI for survival and resistance. The animation is presented in a cyberpunk style, with smooth fight scenes and a compact plot, but due to the somewhat cryptic nature of the plot in its predecessor, "Apocalypse Awakening: Invasion," viewers have reservations about the plot of "Apocalypse Awakening: Source." It has a Douban rating of 7.7, and despite its American-style animation, it is still considered a high-quality domestic animation. There is currently no official information about a sequel to "Apocalypse Awakening: Source," but viewers are anticipating a follow-up. Regarding the theme of "Apocalypse Awakening," there are many novel works that usually depict stories of people acquiring special abilities and using them to survive and fight in a post-apocalyptic setting. These works may also feature new characters and storylines, but they may not be directly related to the "Apocalypse Awakening: Source" animation.
