OtomexSister: Three Sparkling Stars The Animation is an OVA anime produced by Caramel Box, adapted from the romance adventure game of the same name, "OtomexSister: Three Sparkling Stars." The story follows protagonist Hisoka Yuuki, who disguises himself as a girl to enter a girls' academy in order to protect Orihime Kazahaya, the daughter of a world-class conglomerate. While carrying out his mission, he gradually interacts with Orihime and the academy's second genius, Mirei Masaki, but also faces challenges due to his hidden secret. This OVA was released on January 28, 2022, in both limited and regular editions, with the limited edition featuring luxurious bonuses such as an original designed tote bag, a mega-sized bath towel, and a face cover. The anime is directed by Fumio Ito, with character designs by Norita. As the third work in the "OtomexSister" series, it continues the series' "cross-dressing school romantic comedy" style and adds new storylines and character developments, attracting many fans.
