Show Time! 2 is the second season of the short-form anime series adapted from the manga by Girigiri Mai. It continues the story of the secret romance between Shouji Fujimoto, a single father, and Minami Takasaki, a children's program idol known as the "singing sister." Minami must conceal her feelings to avoid scandal as an idol, but her bond with Shouji deepens. In the second season, their relationship faces new challenges, including threats of exposure from the media. While trying to maintain their clandestine romance, they must also confront their true feelings. The anime is known for its adult romance themes and suggestive content while exploring the conflict between personal desire and public image under societal pressure. Produced by Rabbit Gate, it aired on TOKYO MX and BS11 from January to March 2023, with an uncensored premium version available on AnimeFesta.
