Dr. Stone: New World is the third season of the Dr. Stone anime series, directly continuing the story from the second season, Dr. Stone: Stone Wars, and the special episode Dr. Stone: Ryusui. This season follows the protagonist Senku Ishigami as he continues his quest to rebuild civilization using science 3,700 years after a mysterious petrification event. After the war with the Tsukasa Empire, Senku and his allies set out to explore the new world, aiming to reach the source of the petrification phenomenon. They use their scientific knowledge to develop various technologies and resources, and encounter new characters. The season was split into two cours, with the first airing from April to June 2023, and the second from October to December 2023. "New World" continues to showcase the unique scientific elements and adventurous spirit of the Dr. Stone series, which is highly appreciated by fans. Additionally, an English dubbed version of the season was produced by Crunchyroll and streamed on their service.
