"Campfire Cooking in Another World with My Absurd Skill" (Japanese: とんでもスキルで異世界放浪メシ, Tondemo Sukiru de Isekai Hōrō Meshi) is a Japanese light novel series written by Ren Eguchi. The series began on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website in January 2016, and was later published in print by Overlap, with illustrations by Masa. As of February 2024, there are 15 volumes released. The story follows Tsuyoshi Mukouda, an ordinary salaryman who gets accidentally summoned to a fantasy world along with three other heroes. However, Mukouda's only skill is 'Online Supermarket', deemed useless for combat. He leaves the kingdom and starts his own journey, discovering he can use his skill to order goods, especially food, from modern Japan. His cooking attracts the powerful Fenrir, who becomes his familiar. Mukouda travels the world with Fenrir, enjoying delicious meals while also working as an adventurer and merchant. The series has also been adapted into manga and anime, with a second season of the anime planned for 2025.
