"Spy x Family Code: White" is a 2023 Japanese animated film based on Tatsuya Endo's manga series "Spy x Family." Directed by Kazuhiro Furuhashi and Takashi Katagiri, with a screenplay by Ichirō Ōkouchi, the film is produced by Wit Studio and CloverWorks. The story follows spy Loid Forger, codenamed "Twilight," who seeks to prevent his reassignment from Operation Strix by helping his adopted daughter Anya win a cooking competition at Eden Academy. To create the headmaster's favorite dessert, "Meremere," the Forger family embarks on a trip to the Frigis region. However, during the trip, Anya accidentally swallows a chocolate containing a significant secret, plunging them into a plot that could ignite a war between Westalis and Ostania. The film premiered in Japan on December 22, 2023, and in North America on April 19, 2024, distributed by Crunchyroll with English dubbing and subtitles. It received positive reviews and grossed over US$59.6 million worldwide. It began streaming on Crunchyroll on September 5, 2024. There are also official novelizations, including a Mirai Bunko version aimed at elementary and junior high school students.
