The series was initially published on Fujichika's Twitter account in April 2018 before being serialized in Square Enix's Monthly Gangan Joker magazine from November 2018 to April 2024. Its chapters were collected into twelve tankōbon volumes. The story revolves around Kaede Komura, a shy boy who is always focused on his desk neighbor, Ai Mie. He is attracted to her cute charms and wishes she would look at him with her beautiful eyes beneath her glasses. However, after a few days of knowing her, he notices that Ai's eyes are squinting and she has forgotten her glasses. Despite this, Komura still finds her adorable. Unexpectedly, Ai often forgets her glasses, which causes her difficulties with her vision throughout the school day. Thankfully, Komura is more than willing to help her. As Ai starts relying on him, Komura's feelings for her grow. Similarly, despite her short-sightedness, Komura slowly becomes the person Ai always hopes to see. An anime television series adaptation produced by GoHands aired from July to September 2023.
