"The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You" is a Japanese manga series written by Rikito Nakamura and illustrated by Yukiko Nozawa. The story revolves around Rentaro Aijo, a high school student who has confessed to 100 girls in middle school and been rejected each time. After praying at a shrine, the God of Love appears and tells him that due to an error, he is destined to meet 100 soulmates. However, if he doesn't reciprocate the feelings of any of his soulmates, they will suffer misfortune and die. To avoid this, Rentaro decides to date all of his soulmates simultaneously, leading to a chaotic and comedic harem life. The series is known for its exaggerated humor, frequent fourth-wall breaks, and unique characters. The manga began serialization in "Weekly Young Jump" in 2019, and has been adapted into a TV anime in 2023, with a second season scheduled for January 2025. Additionally, there are spin-off light novels and various merchandise.
