ビックリメン

Bikkuri-Men is the sixth anime series installment in the Bikkuriman franchise, which premiered on Tokyo MX and BS Asahi on October 5, 2023. Produced by Shin-Ei Animation and animated by Lesprit, the series is directed by Tomohiro Yamanashi, with Yuniko Ayana handling series composition. Set in modern-day Japan, the story revolves around the highly valuable Bikkuriman stickers, depicting battles between characters associated with the 'Angel Mart' and 'Devil Store' convenience stores over these stickers. Character designs were created by manga artist Hiroyuki Takei, who also participated in the mechanical designs. A key feature of the anime is 'Tensho Goshin' (or 'Tenma Goshin'), where characters transform into powerful forms by affixing specific stickers to their bodies. The story emphasizes the rarity and high value of the stickers, which leads to thefts and requires stringent security for their transportation, akin to transporting cash.
