Pseudo Harem (Japanese: 疑似ハーレム, Hepburn: Giji Hāremu) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yū Saitō. It was initially posted as a webcomic on Saitō's Twitter account from June 2018 to March 2021, before being serialized in Shogakukan's Monthly Shōnen Sunday from January 2019 to March 2021, and collected into six tankōbon volumes. The manga follows Rin Nanakura, a member of the high school drama club, and her senpai, Eiji Kitahama. Eiji dreams of being popular and having a harem of girls, and Rin, who has remarkable acting skills, decides to help him achieve this. Rin uses her talent to portray various characters, creating a simulated harem for Eiji. While Eiji enjoys the attention from the different roles Rin plays, he is unaware of her genuine feelings for him. As Rin's performances become more vivid, Eiji begins to wonder if Rin herself will ever find a way into his heart. An anime television series adaptation by Nomad aired from July to September 2024. The opening theme is "Blouse" by Gohobi, and the ending theme is "Ad-lib" by Saori Hayami as Rin Nanakura. In 2019, Pseudo Harem was nominated for the fifth Next Manga Awards and placed in the top ten.
