Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? V, subtitled "Goddess of Fertility Arc," is the fifth season of the anime television series adapted from the light novel series written by Fujino Ōmori. The story takes place in the fictional city of Orario, known for its vast underground labyrinth called the "Dungeon." Gods descended to the mortal realm seeking entertainment and formed Familias, bestowing powers on mortals to explore the Dungeon. The protagonist, Bell Cranel, is a young adventurer who joins the Hestia Familia, striving to become stronger. In the fifth season, Orario hosts the Goddess Festival, a lively harvest celebration. While enjoying the festivities, Bell receives a letter from Syr, a girl at a local tavern, inviting him on a date. Simultaneously, the "Einherjar," warriors claiming to be the strongest, begin to move. The plot revolves around Bell's date with Syr and the Einherjar's actions, gradually revealing secrets behind Orario. Produced by J.C.STAFF, this season continues the series' fantasy adventure style, introducing new characters and storylines, with a planned climax in early Spring 2025.
