Bailu

Bailu is a playable character in Honkai: Star Rail, an Abundance Path character with the Lightning element. She's a vivacious young Vidyadhara from The Xianzhou Luofu, known as the 'Healer Lady' for her medical expertise. Despite her skills, she often gives unorthodox prescriptions like 'Stay well hydrated' and 'Get a good night's rest'. Bailu cannot bear to see people suffer, so she closes her eyes while healing. She believes that as long as they're cured, nothing else matters. As an Abundance character, Bailu excels at healing her team. Her skills can restore health to multiple allies, while her ultimate provides a party-wide heal and applies 'Invigoration,' a regeneration buff. She also has a rare revival ability, bringing back fallen teammates. When choosing Relics, prioritize those that boost her HP, healing output, and energy regeneration, such as the 'Passerby of Wandering Cloud' and 'Fleet of the Ageless' sets. For Light Cones, consider options like 'Time Waits for No One' or 'Same Feeling', which enhance healing or energy restoration.
