Black Swan

Black Swan is a playable character in Honkai: Star Rail. She is a Memokeeper of the Garden of Recollection, a mysterious and elegant soothsayer. Known for her gentle smile and patient listening, she uses this as a pretext to enter people's "memories", thereby gaining a comprehensive understanding of all information. She is passionate about collecting unique memories, but her true thoughts remain elusive. In combat, Black Swan is a Wind-type Nihility character who specializes in inflicting Damage over Time (DoT), and can stack and detonate enemy debuffs in various ways. Her skills revolve around the "Arcana" mechanic, which increases damage based on the number of DoT effects on enemies. She synergizes well with other DoT characters like Kafka. Her gear typically prioritizes effect hit rate and attack, such as the Prisoner in Deep Confinement set. Her Light Cone choices also focus on enhancing effect hit rate and DoT damage.
