Zhu Yuan

Zhu Yuan is a playable character in Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ), affiliated with the New Eridu Public Security's Criminal Investigation Special Response Team. She is known for her exceptional investigative skills, combat prowess, and self-management abilities. Zhu Yuan is considered a strong candidate for the next commissioner. She uses unique 'Enhanced Shotshells' in battle, special ammunition capable of dealing massive Ether damage. She excels in both close and mid-range combat, demonstrating great versatility. Zhu Yuan acquires Enhanced Shotshells through basic attacks, EX Special attacks, assist follow-ups, and chain attacks. Her skills include Assault Mode and Suppressive Mode, allowing her to switch between them based on combat situations. She is often regarded as a primary damage dealer in a team. Skill upgrades enhance her basic attack and damage dealt when consuming Enhanced Shotshells. Zhu Yuan is detail-oriented with perfectionist tendencies; she even grows a tomato plant in her office and does not have a particular fondness for small animals. Teaming her with Nicole, another Ether-type character, activates additional abilities to further enhance Ether damage.
