Mortefi is a playable character in the game "Wuthering Waves," a 4-star Fusion Mutant Resonator. He hails from the New Federation and serves as the head of Tacetite Weaponry Development within the Department of Safety at Huaxu Academy. Mortefi is characterized by his aloof and prideful demeanor, with a crimson horsetail hairstyle that flows like a flame and deep-set eyes that exude elegant danger. He defies the stereotype of a rigid researcher, carrying an air of nobility with a fervent intensity hidden within his gaze. Mortefi possesses the ability to manipulate fire, stemming from red crystalline formations resembling dragon scales on his right chest and arm. These "scales" expand when his fury ignites, intensifying the flames. He is a lover of classical music, playing it in his laboratory, and believes that indulging in fine desserts is vital for replenishing his brain power. Despite his noble background, he dedicates most of his time to research, demonstrating an obsession with cleanliness in his lab. In combat, Mortefi wields dual pistols and flames, accumulating "Annoyance" to unleash powerful Fusion damage and provide Heavy Attack damage amplification to his teammates.
