Shiranui Kaya

Shiranui Kaya is a non-playable character in the game *Blue Archive*, serving as the chief of the General Student Council's Defense Office and the main antagonist of Volume 4. She is responsible for overseeing the actions of Valkyrie Police Academy and ensuring the safety of law-abiding citizens in Kivotos. While Kaya appears amiable and humble, earning the trust of many GSC members, she harbors hidden ambitions and is willing to do anything for her own benefit. She has high expectations of her subordinates and readily looks down on them when they fail. Kaya has pink hair styled in a braid crown, usually keeps her eyes closed, and has green, goat-like pupils. Her signature weapon is a white Browning Hi-Power semi-automatic pistol. In the story, she frames Nanagami Rin using a fake letter and plots, briefly becoming acting president of Kivotos. However, her reign is short-lived, and she is eventually arrested for her conspiracies and acts of terror. Even after her arrest, Kaya maintains her innocence, believing herself to be a "superhuman" who will eventually be understood by the masses.
