Tachibana Nozomi

Tachibana Nozomi is a non-playable character in Blue Archive, a student at Highlander Railroad Academy, and a member of the Central Control Center, the student council of Highlander. Despite her position, she tends not to take her work seriously, often causing trouble with her twin sister, Tachibana Hikari. Nozomi's personality is the complete opposite of Hikari's; she is usually bratty and often mischievous, frequently causing trouble due to her playful behavior and lack of concern for consequences. Appearance-wise, Nozomi is a loli with white skin and pointed ears, wearing a triangular golden earring on her left ear. She has golden eyes and green hair tied into two pigtails. Her halo is circular with a triangular tip on the right and a hollow arrowhead partially inside the circle on the left. She wears a dark blue machinist's uniform that exposes her abdomen and navel, a matching cap, white leggings, dark blue boots, and white gloves. Nozomi and her sister Hikari are often referred to by the fandom as "shupogaki," a portmanteau of the Japanese onomatopoeia for the sound a train makes (choo choo) and "gaki" (brat).
