Seminar

Seminar is the student council organization of Millennium Science School in Blue Archive, and also the origin of the school. Initially, Seminar was a research group dedicated to solving the "Millennium Problems," which are described as difficult problems unsolvable by current technology. In an effort to solve these problems, they conducted numerous experiments and verifications, leading to an increase in the number of research organizations affiliated with Seminar. Eventually, these collective organizations formed Millennium Science School, with Seminar becoming its student council. To this day, Seminar continues to tackle the Millennium Problems. Seminar oversees various clubs within the school and regularly holds budget meetings to determine club budgets. In the game's story, Seminar also plays an important role; for instance, in Volume 2, the Game Development Department infiltrates Seminar to retrieve confiscated items, and Seminar President Tsukatsuki Rio is a major antagonist in the volume. Members of Seminar include former President Tsukatsuki Rio, Treasurer Hayase Yuuka, and Secretary Ushio Noa. Seminar is an organization with strong research and administrative capabilities, and its existence is crucial for the development of Millennium Science School.
